Gray to Sunny day was founded in March 2022, shortly after our founder Darina Gray was diagnosed with secondary stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.
Darina has been an advocate for spreading awareness and remaining positive since her first cancer diagnosis in 2019, shortly after the birth of her second baby.
In true Darina spirit she had the idea to turn this nightmare into something positive, with the launch of her charity Gray to sunny day. (You can read more about Darina on ‘The team page’ and keep updated on her day to day life and amazing strength on our ‘Blog Page’).
Gift examples are as follows:
A family day out, Alton towers, Thorpe park, Cbeebies land etc.
A family photoshoot – tell us your location and we will do the work for you.
Small gifts for example- computer games, toys, board games etc…..
If we are unable to accommodate your wishes for any reason a small grant will be considered to ensure you can benefit from our charity.
