Sunday 12 May 2024

Cycle through the Scottish Highlands

Etape Caledonia returns to the idyllic village of Pitlochry on Sunday 12 May 2024.

This is the UK's original closed-roads sportive, with just 5,000 places on offer each year.

This exciting event attracts riders from all over the UK to take on one of the most breath-taking rides through the spectacular Scottish Highlands.

Three Spectacular Routes

40 miles - The course brings in some challenges, but takes out the steep climb of Schiehallion. An excellent closed-road route, starting in the picturesque town of Pitlochry. Perfect for those looking to get a taste of Etape Caledonia or wanting a shorter route option.

55 miles - A new distance introduced in 2023! This challenging but achievable distance is perfect for both experienced cyclists and those looking to push their limits. Soak in the incredible views in this closed-road event.

85 miles - The longest distance at Etape Caledonia! The course consists of rolling hills and forest-lined roads around Loch Rannoch and Loch Tummel, combined with the demanding, twisting climb of Mt Schiehallion.
