The House of Hope’ is a permanent community-based support and wellbeing centre specifically for those impacted by breast cancer, their family, and friends.
Located at Gorgie Road, Edinburgh, the house provides a haven for users to access funded wellbeing and holistic therapies and services away from the sterile hospital or clinical setting.
Breast Cancer will impact 1 in 7 women in Scotland during their lifetime. The House of Hope provides invaluable and much needed services and support for anyone in Scotland impacted by Breast Cancer.
The NHS do not have the operational resources nor funding to provide additional holistic care and support for breast cancer patients in and around Edinburgh. This is where The House of Hope will fill the void and work in synergy with existing organisations across the Scottish Cancer Network.
We have our own car park and offer a variety of activities every day including yoga, oncology massage, nutritional workshops, drop-ins and much more.
Our programme of events can be found at our website www.houseofhope.org.uk/services
