We offer friendship, connection, networking, information, regular coffee meet and greets in towns across Argyll and Bute, wellbeing events (yoga, swim/sauna, pilates etc), group fitness training, regular workshops as well as a major event in November each year for preening, pampering and offering indulgence and escapism for our Pink Ladies.
We are also Breast Cancer Now trained in delivering breast cancer awareness presentations and will happily attend women-focused events and gatherings - please get in touch.
