Nancy's Natters

Nancy’s Natters is a free monthly massage service based in the Scottish Highlands. 

It was set up to provide anyone who has experienced breast cancer with access to a relaxing massage and a cup of tea to assist with their recovery.

Recovering from cancer can have its ups and downs. Sometimes, talking to others who have experienced cancer, taking time to relax, and having a bit of “me” time can really help.

That’s why we are delighted to offer free massage services from oncology-trained therapists, as well as reiki from a trained practitioner and lymphatic drainage exercises.

We are a social group too, so come along, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and have a relaxed, friendly chat.

We operate in Inverness

We meet in the Balloch Baptist Church on the first Thursday of the month from 1.30pm - 4pm. This group welcomes women who have had any experience of breast cancer.
