Nancy’s Natters is a free monthly massage service based in the Scottish Highlands. 

It was set up to provide anyone who has experienced breast cancer with access to a relaxing massage and a cup of tea to assist with their recovery.

Recovering from cancer can have its ups and downs.  Sometimes talking to others who have experienced cancer, relaxing, and just taking a bit of “me” time can really help.  This is why we are delighted to offer free massage services by oncology trained therapists and the opportunity to have a cup of tea or coffee and a relaxing, friendly chat.

We operate in Inverness and in Gairloch. 

The Inverness group

We meet in the CHAS building on the first Tuesday of the month from 1-3pm. This group welcomes women who have had any experience of breast cancer.

We meet in the Annexe of Gairloch Community Hall on the last Monday of the month from 12pm to 2pm. This group welcomes both men and women who have had experience of any type of cancer.
