CLL Support

Our mission is to support and empower Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL) patients, and Small Lymphocytic Leukaemia (SLL) patients, their families and supporters.

CLL Support is a patient – led UK wide charity.

Our mission is to support and empower Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL) patients, and Small Lymphocytic Leukaemia (SLL) patients, their families and supporters through education and access to reliable, relevant and current information.

We also represent CLL patients in discussions with government, pharmaceutical companies, other leukaemia charities, the National Institute for Care and Health Excellence (NICE) & Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC).

Our charity was founded in 2004 by patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL) and their partners. It continues to be run by volunteers, all of whom have been personally affected by CLL or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL). CLL and SLL are slightly different forms of the same disease and are managed in the same way.

We are the Patient Voice of the UK CLL Forum and we offer a helpline, host regular in-person conferences and webinars and produce an information booklet on CLL / SLL. We also host Support ACT - which is a collection of emotional wellbeing exercises based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Currently, we have more than 3,500 members.
